I build hard-working, diverse, and fun software engineering teams, and lead them to succeed. I completed a PhD in AI at the University of Sydney, with a Fulbright Scholarship stint at UC Berkeley.

Since June 2026, I'm VP of Engineering at monō ai, responsible for building out the team and leading all engineering work on the AI platform that businesses actually use. Prior to monō, I led engineering at Relevance AI from 2024 to 2026, and spent a decade at Google, working on Chrome browser as an engineer, tech lead, and senior engineering manager.

I have broad hands-on and high-level technical expertise across many areas, including client desktop and mobile apps, web and cloud development, AI, people management, coaching, and team building. I've succeeded in academic, startup, and big tech contexts, working on products used by millions (or billions) of people around the world.
